INGREDIENTS

  • 188 g Butter
  • 375 g Sugar Breakfast
  • 185 g  Egg
  • 105 g Wheat Flour
  • 45 g Cocoa Powder
  • 75 g Baking Powder
  • 23 g Melted Dark Couverture
  • 105 g Walnuts Chopped

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Step 1
    Cream butter and sugar.
  • Step 2
    Add eggs slowly. Fold in the dry ingredients with walnuts.
  • Step 3
    Mix the melted chocolate.
  • Step 4
    Pour in the greased and lined mould.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 160-180°C in convection oven.
