To provide our students a taste of being a ‘Dessert Chef’ in the real-world, we have tied up with hotels for 4 -week work assignments. This helps them to understand the tricks of the trade and emerge as chefs with impeccable technical mastery and the requisite business skills.
Our chefs work with upcoming restaurants and boutiques to design and conceive menus. Among our recent projects, our Executive Chef Arvind has teamed up with ITC’s chocolate boutique, Fabelle, and conceptualized an exclusive dessert menu.
