CRINKLE COOKIE

INGREDIENTS

• 200 g Sugar Breakfast
• 200 g Sugar Breakfast
• 2 no.s Eggs
• 5 g Vanilla Essence
• 60 g Cocoa Powder
• 125 g Wheat Flour
• 5 g Baking Powder
• 2.5 g Salt
• 60 g Oil
• For Coating Icing Sugar

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Step 1
    Whisk sugar and egg until batter is fluffy.
  • Step 2
     Fold in the dry ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Lastly add oil.
  • Step 4
    Keep in chiller for minimum 4 hours.
  • Step 5
    Shape round 15 g each dough.Keep in chiller for some time.
  • Step 6
     Coat with icing sugar.
  • Step 7
    Bake at 180°C for 8 minutes.
