Our weekend classes are based on three levels - Level 1 (basic), Level 2 (intermediate) and Level 3 (advanced). These levels are defined based on skill you have.

Candidate must be at least 18 years of age. The candidate must have also successfully completed Level 12 or II Pre-University Course.

Yes, we suggest you to enroll in our Excellence Program. This course is designed to give everyone an equal footing in the baking world. You will develop strong fundamentals, after which you can glide through the intermediate and advanced levels.

Our classes impart both theory and practical knowledge. First, the chef instructors discuss the food theory in the classroom, and then proceed to the production lab, wherein the theory will be put into practice.
While we do not provide accommodation, we do ensure that students are guided well to find a suitable one for themselves.
There is no entrance exam as such, but we evaluate admission forms. Please fill in complete information to help us evaluate you better and meet your requirements for the hands-on training.

The internships are usually paid. The stipend amount is always decided by the hotel or the establishment where the internship takes place.

A highly experienced and qualified team of chefs and trainers manage the academics and teaching. We also invite guest lecturers to provide their unique industry insights to the students to enhance the learning experience.
