VANILLA BEAN CRÈME BRULEE

INGREDIENTS

  • 375 g Cream
  • 125 g Milk
  • 90 g Sugar Breakfast
  • 120 g Egg Yolk
  • For flavor Vanilla Pod

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Step 1
    In a saucepan warm milk and cream. Infuse vanilla pod.
  • Step 2
    Mix with egg yolk and sugar.
  • Step 3
    Keep stirring continuously.
  • Step 4

  • Step 5
    Bake at 130°-150°C on a water bath.
